Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing multi-module ServiceNow platforms with CMDB, Discovery, and integrations.

Experience : 10+ years is mandatory

Responsibilities

- Design multi-module ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps.
- Define the CMDB model, CI classes, and identification/reconciliation rules.
- Architect Discovery, MID Server topology, and Service Mapping coverage.
- Set integration patterns for REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and event streams.
- Establish platform governance, technical standards, and instance strategy.
- Lead upgrade and release planning to preserve clean-core practices.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
