Travelust is looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Consultant to assist clients with their visa requirements and provide end-to-end support throughout the visa application process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand clients' travel plans and determine the appropriate visa requirements.
- Provide accurate information regarding visa types, eligibility, documentation, fees, processing times, and application procedures.
- Guide clients through the complete visa application process.
- Review and verify client documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist clients with completing visa application forms and preparing supporting documents.
- Coordinate visa appointments, biometrics, interviews, and document submissions where applicable.
- Prepare and organise visa applications according to destination-specific requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding pending documents and application status.
- Track applications and provide timely updates to clients.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and visa-related issues professionally.




- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, visa application centres, and other relevant authorities when required.
- Stay updated on changes in visa regulations, immigration requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, client documents, payments, and visa outcomes.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience as a Visa Consultant, Visa Executive, Travel Consultant, or in a similar role preferred.
- Good knowledge of visa processes for popular international destinations.
- Experience handling tourist, business, student, or other visa categories will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong documentation and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good customer-handling and counselling abilities.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
