Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and complete social media management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & other social media platforms.
- Plan and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
- Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Handle audience targeting, retargeting, lead generation, conversions and campaign optimization.
- Monitor and improve CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA & ROAS.
- Develop engaging content including Reels, posts, stories, captions and creatives.
- Track trends, competitors and social media algorithms.
- Manage comments, messages and online community engagement.
- Analyze performance and prepare regular reports.
- Work on organic growth,



brand awareness and lead generation.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing.
- Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media platforms.
- Good understanding of content creation, analytics and paid advertising.
- Creative, analytical and result-oriented.
- Knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Ads will be an advantage.
