Job Description – Accounts Executive

Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (B.Com / Accounting-related qualification preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST filing, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, GST compliance, and MS Office, along with relevant accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally.
- Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring timely compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
- Manage invoices, vouchers, bills, and other accounting documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as required.




- Prepare reports and maintain accounting data using MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or a related field; accounting qualifications preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally and GST filing is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Preferred Experience & Benefits:

- Experience working in a Chartered Accountant's (CA) or auditor's office will be an added advantage.
- Experience in an automobile dealership will also be an added advantage.
