Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Manual QA Tester with 2–3 years of experience to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of our web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of manual testing, test case execution, defect identification, and regression testing. You will work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Understand business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Create, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Coordinate with developers to reproduce and resolve reported issues.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Conduct retesting of fixed defects to ensure proper resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Ensure applications meet defined quality standards and user requirements.
- Maintain proper testing documentation and reports.




- Identify potential quality issues and communicate them effectively to the relevant teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Manual Software Testing.
- Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and testing methodologies.
- Experience with JIRA or other bug-tracking tools.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React Native.
- Good understanding of test case creation and execution.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with development teams.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and testing processes.
