Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to manage daily store operations, drive sales, achieve targets, and ensure excellent customer service. The candidate should have experience in textile or garment retail, staff management, inventory control, visual merchandising, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and staff.

- Achieve sales targets and improve profitability.

- Ensure excellent customer service.

- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and replenishment.

- Maintain product displays and store standards.

- Handle billing, sales reports, and customer complaints.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in textiles or garments.

- Robust leadership, communication, and sales skills.

- Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.

- Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
