Casa Karaoke is Bangalore’s first private karaoke studio, and we’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can help us make the brand bigger, louder and more talked about.

We’re looking for someone who understands Instagram beyond just posting reels. Someone who can create content, spot trends, grow our audience, generate enquiries and turn social media into actual business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Manage Casa Karaoke’s Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar
- Create and manage Reels, posts, stories and campaigns
- Come up with fresh, quirky and engaging content ideas
- Shoot content at Casa using a phone/camera and coordinate with content creators when required
- Edit short-form videos/reels or work with editors to get them delivered
- Stay on top of Instagram trends, sounds, formats and viral content
- Write catchy captions, hooks and on-screen text
- Track Instagram Insights and understand what content is actually working
- Grow followers, engagement, reach and most importantly bookings and enquiries
- Plan and execute contests, collaborations, influencer campaigns and promotional campaigns
- Identify and reach out to relevant influencers, creators, colleges, communities and brands for collaborations
- Support promotion of events, offers, workshops and corporate activities




- Maintain a consistent and recognisable Casa Karaoke brand voice
- Monitor comments, DMs and enquiries and ensure timely responses
- Track monthly social media performance and suggest improvements

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

- Has 1–3 years of experience in social media / digital marketing / content creation
- Understands Instagram really well — Reels, Stories, Insights, Collabs, trends, hashtags, etc.
- Has a good eye for content, visuals and storytelling
- Can independently think of content ideas instead of waiting for instructions
- Is comfortable being around people and shooting content at events
- Has basic Canva and video-editing skills
- Can write clear, catchy and engaging copy
- Understands that likes and followers are not the only goal — enquiries, bookings and growth matter
