1. ROLE PURPOSE

The Digital Marketing Intern will support the company's digital marketing activities, social media presence, content creation, lead generation, and online brand promotion.

The intern will gain practical experience in digital marketing while assisting the marketing team in executing campaigns and improving the company's online visibility.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Social Media Management

- Assist in managing the company's social media accounts.
- Create and schedule social media posts, reels, stories, and other content.
- Support Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.

B. Content Creation

- Assist in creating creative content related to interior design, projects, products, and company activities.
- Develop captions, post ideas, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the design team for graphics, videos, reels, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain a regular content calendar.

C. Digital Marketing Activities

- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support online lead-generation activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and lead responses.
- Assist with basic SEO and website content activities.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.

D. Lead Generation & Follow-up Support

- Assist in generating potential customer leads through digital platforms.
- Maintain and update digital lead records.
- Coordinate with the CRM/Sales team regarding new leads.
- Monitor lead status and follow-up requirements.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

- Collect and analyse basic digital marketing data.
- Track reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular digital marketing reports.
- Identify content and campaign performance trends.

F. Online Brand Promotion

- Support activities to increase the company's online visibility and brand awareness.
- Assist in promoting completed projects, offers, company activities, and services.
- Maintain consistency in the company's digital branding.

3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Freshers and students looking for practical digital marketing experience may apply.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools is preferred.
