Job Description: E-commerce Executive

Location: Bengaluru

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms, coordinate with internal teams, and support the growth of Bayar’s Coffee’s online business.

Key Responsibilities

* Platform Management: Manage product listings, pricing, catalogue updates, and availability across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

* Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare reports, analyse trends, and identify growth opportunities.

* SCM & PO Management: Track purchase orders (POs), coordinate order fulfilment and dispatch, monitor inventory, and ensure timely replenishment.

* Promotions & Marketing: Coordinate platform promotions, discounts, campaigns, and current product launches.

* Settlements & Reconciliation: Track payments, deductions, debit notes, and pending settlements in coordination with the finance team.

* Platform Coordination:



Resolve operational issues with platform representatives, maintain trackers, and ensure adherence to SOPs.

Required Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

* 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.

* Basic knowledge of e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

* Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

* Strong coordination, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Accuracy of product listings, inventory, and sales reports.

* Timely PO fulfilment and replenishment.

* Timely resolution of platform and settlement issues.

* Effective execution of promotions and contribution to e-commerce growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
