Excellent Engineering Enterprises is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, payments, collections, reconciliations, and statutory documentation.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Tally/Zoho Books, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, accounts payable & receivable, and basic financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and verify sales invoices, purchase invoices, debit/credit notes, receipts and payment entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Follow up on customer outstanding payments and maintain receivable reports.
- Verify vendor bills, purchase entries and payment documentation.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, payments and receipts.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory accounting-related activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and customers whenever required.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly accounting reports and MIS.




- Support monthly closing activities and ensure books are updated on time.
- Check accounting entries for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate with the management and other departments regarding accounts-related matters.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and basic taxation.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Good Excel skills including basic formulas and data handling.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple accounting tasks.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Candidates with experience in trading/distribution companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
