Major Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Site Management-Data Centre Project
- Lead and supervise all civil construction activities at industrial project sites.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities including foundations, RCC structures, steel structures, paving, drainage, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Coordination
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Reveiw work schedules and monitor project progress against milestones.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and piping teams for smooth project integration.
- Resolve technical issues and site challenges efficiently
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
