Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Intern role at our Gurugram office. The intern will support the finance and

accounts team in day-to-day accounting operations, documentation, and reporting, while gaining hands-on

exposure to real-world accounting and compliance processes.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Assist in maintaining books of accounts and accurate data entry of financial transactions.

- Support preparation of invoices, vouchers, and payment records.

- Assist in accounts payable and receivable tracking, including follow-ups on pending payments and

recovery of dues.

- Help with bank reconciliations and ledger checks.

- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.





- Assist in preparing MIS reports and basic financial summaries using MS Excel.

- Maintain and organize financial documents, bills, and records.

- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accounts-related information.

- Assist during month-end closing and audit-related activities.

Required Qualifications

- Pursuing or holding a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com / M.Com /

BBA / MBA Finance / CA Inter).

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles; familiarity with Tally / Zoho Books is a plus.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
