Fair Pack Machineries Pvt Ltd is a Chennai-based manufacturer of packaging and sealing machinery serving industrial customers across India. We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across South India and pan-India markets.

About the role:

The Sales Manager will own the sales pipeline for our packaging machinery, develop new business across South India and pan-India territories, and build long-term relationships with distributors, dealers and direct industrial customers.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive sales of packaging machinery across South India and pan-India markets

- Identify and develop current customers, dealers and channel partners

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure

- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close orders

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients

- Travel to customer sites across India for meetings and demonstrations

- Provide market feedback on competition, pricing and customer requirements





- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

- 4 to 8 years of experience in B2B, industrial or machinery sales

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Experience selling capital equipment or machinery is preferred

- Willingness to travel extensively across South India and pan-India

- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills

- Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field

- Proficiency in English and Tamil; Hindi is an advantage for pan-India coverage
