We are looking for qualified, motivated, and dedicated Assistant Professors to join our college faculty team for teaching B.Tech students. The ideal candidates should have strong technical knowledge in their respective engineering disciplines, effective teaching skills, and a passion for academic excellence.

The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, conducting practical sessions, guiding students in academic projects, and contributing to the overall academic development of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures and tutorials to B.Tech students in the relevant engineering discipline.
- Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, presentations, and course materials.
- Conduct laboratory sessions, practical classes, and project-based learning activities, wherever applicable.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, examinations, and projects.
- Guide students in technical projects, research activities, internships, and career development.
- Maintain attendance records, academic documentation, and student progress reports.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, workshops, seminars, and institutional activities.
- Support curriculum development and maintain academic standards as per university and regulatory guidelines.
- Mentor students and provide academic support to improve their technical skills and overall performance.

Eligibility Criteria





- M.Tech / M.E. in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university or institution.
- B.Tech / B.E. in the relevant discipline is essential.
- Candidates must have strong subject knowledge and valuable communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to the institution's eligibility requirements.
- Candidates meeting applicable AICTE, university, and regulatory eligibility norms will be preferred.
