Job Summary

Excel Earthings Pvt.Ltd., is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Technical Engineer with knowledge of marketing, customer relationship management, and technical coordination. The candidate should be capable of supporting marketing activities, developing customer relationships, and coordinating with clients to understand their technical and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Support marketing and business development activities.
- Identify potential customers and generate business leads.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications and technical requirements.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and marketing reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective customer service.
- Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving business targets.

Qualifications

- Diploma or B.Tech in any discipline.




- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or technical coordination.
- Good knowledge of marketing strategies, customer handling, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates residing Kottayam, will be given preference.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and marketing activities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Job location-Alappuzha & Kottayam
