PDI In-Charge & Delivery Coordinator
Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring proper Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), vehicle readiness, and smooth coordination of vehicle deliveries to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and monitor PDI of recent vehicles as per company/manufacturer standards.
- Ensure all vehicles are clean, inspected, accessories fitted, and delivery-ready.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accessories, Insurance, Finance and Registration teams for timely vehicle delivery.
- Verify vehicle documents, accessories, warranty details and delivery checklist before handover.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation and delivery schedules with the Sales team.
- Ensure all identified PDI issues are rectified before delivery.
- Maintain PDI and delivery records/reports and update the relevant systems.
- Coordinate with technicians/detailing teams to ensure vehicles are prepared on time.
- Conduct final vehicle checks before customer handover.
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer delivery experience.
- Follow company safety, quality and process standards.
