We are looking for a motivated Outbound Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries
- Maintain customer records and achieve sales targets

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills
- Hindi/English; Marathi is an advantage
- Sales or tele calling experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
