We are looking for an HR professional with prior Forex/Broker industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard new employees as per company requirements.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

- Manage attendance, leave, and basic HR administration.

- Ensure proper office discipline and decorum.

- Maintain a professional and positive work environment.

- Coordinate with management regarding employee performance and HR-related matters.

- Handle day-to-day employee concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in the Forex / Forex Broker / Trading industry is preferred.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong recruitment and people-management skills.

- Ability to independently manage HR operations.

- Professional attitude and strong understanding of office discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
