We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our accounts team. The candidate should have basic to valuable knowledge of accounting and be comfortable working with Tally Excel billing ledger and day to day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally
- Handle sales purchase and billing entries
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers
- Assist in bank reconciliation
- Assist in GST related accounting work
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Prepare Excel reports and accounting statements
- Check invoices and supporting documents
- Maintain proper accounting records and files
- Assist senior accounts team in monthly closing

Candidate Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting
- Basic to good knowledge of Tally
- Knowledge of GST and billing
- Knowledge of ledger and bank reconciliation
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
