Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled finance professional with strong experience in Costing, FP&A;, and Plant Finance to manage manufacturing costs, budgeting, forecasting, inventory analysis, and financial performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product and manufacturing costing, including material, labour, overheads, BOM, yield, and scrap analysis.
- Handle budgeting, Annual Operating Plans (AOP), forecasting, and financial planning.
- Conduct actual vs. budget and standard cost variance analysis.
- Prepare plant P&L;, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Monitor RM, WIP, and FG inventory valuation, ageing, and stock variances.
- Analyse material consumption, production efficiency, wastage, and conversion costs.
- Identify cost optimisation opportunities and improve plant profitability.
- Support product costing, pricing, margin, and contribution analysis.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement,



Supply Chain, and Stores teams.
- Support CapEx evaluation, business cases, and working capital improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Costing, Plant Finance, FP&A;, or Manufacturing Finance.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Understanding of inventory accounting, valuation, and working capital management.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; SAP/Oracle experience preferred.
- Power BI and MIS dashboard experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- CMA qualification preferred.
