Architect (Senior & Junior)

Job Title: Architect
Experience: Freshers to 3+ years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in and lead architectural design, planning, conceptualization, and project development based on experience.
- Prepare 2D drawings, detailed working drawings, 3D models, and design presentations.
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Review design concepts, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, monitor design implementation, and provide technical guidance during construction.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, regulations, and project requirements.
- Assist in preparing project reports, BOQs, proposals, estimates, and documentation for project approvals.
- Support project scheduling, budget planning, resource management, and timely project delivery.
- Participate in design reviews, contribute creative ideas, and mentor junior team members where applicable.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design quality and attention to detail.

Requirements

- B.Arch degree from a recognized institution; M.Arch is an added advantage.
- Experience: Freshers to 3+ years in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
- Strong creativity, visualization, conceptual design, planning, and drafting skills.
- Positive knowledge of construction methods, building materials, detailing, and building regulations.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, handle multiple projects, and work collaboratively.
- A portfolio of academic or professional architectural projects is preferred.

Salary & Experience

- Junior Architect: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome).
- Senior Architect: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (3+ years of relevant experience).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
