Job Summary:Nestvest is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and energetic Field Sales Officer to join our growing team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be the face of our company on the ground, driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and pitch to prospective customers through direct field visits, cold calling, and local networking.
- Sales Conversion: Pitch Nestvest’s products/services effectively, handle customer objections, and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
- Market Research: Gather local market insights, track competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities in Jaipur.
- Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports, track visits, and report daily progress to the Sales Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate with relevant sales experience.




- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales (experience in real estate, banking, finance, insurance, or FMCG is a major plus). Freshers with great communication skills and a passion for sales are also welcome to apply.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Ability to speak fluently in Hindi (local language) and basic English.
- Assets: Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily local travel.
- Tech-savvy: Basic knowledge of operating smartphones and sales apps.
