Role Overview

The Head – Strategic Operations role is responsible for ensuring smooth, structured, and scalable execution across the organization. The role focuses on translating leadership vision into transparent systems, coordinated teams, and reliable day-to-day operations.

This position works closely with senior leadership to strengthen processes, improve execution quality, and support sustainable organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business and growth strategies into actionable operational plans
- Design, implement, and maintain SOPs, workflows, and execution frameworks
- Coordinate across sales, marketing, academics, operations, and support teams
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training processes in collaboration with HR
- Monitor execution timelines, delivery quality, and operational consistency




- Track key performance indicators and prepare structured performance reports
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous operational improvements
- Act as a bridge between leadership planning and on-ground execution

Eligibility & Requirements

- Prior experience in strategic operations, business operations, or senior operations roles
- Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and cross-functional priorities
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on clarity and outcomes
- Experience in education, EdTech, or service-based organizations preferred
- Strong communication and coordination capabilities
