We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to grow our IT staffing and staff augmentation business by acquiring new clients, managing accounts, and driving revenue through contract and permanent staffing solutions.
1. Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for IT staffing and staff augmentation services
2. Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely closures
3. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing (MSA/SOW)
4. Build and maintain solid client relationships to ensure repeat business
5. Negotiate commercial terms, rate cards, and service agreements
6. Track sales pipeline and report on revenue targets using CRM tools
