- Handle customer inquiries and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Explain repair/service requirements, estimated costs, and timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Prepare and share job cards, service estimates, and invoices.
- Keep customers updated on vehicle service progress and any additional repairs required.
- Ensure customer concerns are properly addressed and resolved.
- Coordinate vehicle inspection, service, quality checks, and delivery.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and ensure a positive service experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle details, and service history.

- B.Tech/B.E.



in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with a strong understanding of automobiles and vehicle servicing.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates with relevant automotive knowledge can apply.
- Candidates who are comfortable working in a workshop/ground environment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
