PRO cum Admin

Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu Experience: Minimum 1 Year Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for a friendly and organized PRO cum Admin to support patient relations and day-to-day administrative activities at our healthcare facility in Erode. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with patients, attendants, visitors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist patients and visitors with general queries and information.
- Maintain positive relationships with patients and attendants.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments as required.
- Handle patient feedback and communicate concerns to the relevant team.
- Support daily administrative and front-office activities.
- Maintain records, reports, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate appointments and patient-related requirements.
- Assist with hospital events, communication, and public relations activities.




- Follow up on administrative tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain a skilled and patient-friendly environment.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in PRO, administration, front office, patient relations, or a related role.
- Hospital/healthcare experience is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and patient-friendly approach.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
