Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator – E-commerce to support our online sales operations and coordinate with customers, marketplace teams, warehouse, dispatch, accounts, and the internal sales team. The candidate will be responsible for order coordination, customer communication, sales tracking, and maintaining e-commerce records.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily e-commerce sales and order processing across online platforms.
- Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely confirmation, processing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Dispatch teams for order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, payments, returns, replacements, and refunds.
- Coordinate with Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, company website, and other online marketplaces.
- Maintain and update customer and order records in Excel/ERP/CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Monitor product availability, pricing, stock levels, and order status.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding online payments, settlements, COD, refunds, and payment reconciliation.




- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for timely resolution.
- Monitor product reviews, ratings, and customer feedback and escalate issues when required.
- Support the e-commerce team in promotions, offers, campaigns, and product launches.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Accounts, and Customer Support teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of quotations, orders, invoices, dispatches, returns, and customer communications.
- Follow up with marketplace support teams regarding account, order, payment, or listing-related issues.
- Ensure all customer and sales-related activities are completed within the required timelines.

Required Skills

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and online sales processes.
- Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, or other marketplaces will be an advantage.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BA, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
