Royale Dreamz is a pre-owned luxury car dealership in Sector 31, Noida. We are hiring a Sales Associate to build buyer relationships and help turn enquiries into showroom visits and car sales. The role gives direct exposure to premium cars, customer conversations, sales campaigns and the founder’s day-to-day commercial decisions.

What you will do:

- Speak with current and existing buyers by phone throughout the day, learn their preferences, budget and purchase timeline, and recommend suitable next steps.

- Follow up professionally by phone and WhatsApp, arrange showroom visits and test drives, and coordinate handovers to the sales team.

- Support local marketing and lead-generation ideas, test messages, and report which enquiries turn into qualified appointments.

- Maintain accurate lead notes, call outcomes and next actions. Learn the luxury-car inventory and handle customer questions carefully.

What we are looking for:

- Strong spoken English and Hindi, curiosity, initiative and thoughtful customer communication.

- Comfort with frequent buyer conversations and disciplined follow-up. Prior sales, customer-facing internships, marketing projects or premium retail experience is a plus, not essential.

- Graduates and recent graduates in business, commerce,



marketing or related areas are encouraged to apply. We assess practical ability, not college name alone.

- Genuine interest in cars and willingness to work on site in Noida.

Pay and schedule: ₹20,000–30,000 fixed per month depending on fit, plus variable performance incentives with potential of about ₹10,000–20,000 per month at agreed milestones. Incentives are not guaranteed. Full-time on site, 10 am–7 pm, six days a week including weekends, with one weekday off. Location: C 2/22, Sector 31, Noida. We hope to hire as soon as possible.

Hiring process: A short English/Hindi audio or video conversation and a buyer-call role-play come before any office interview.
