Hiring a target-driven BDE to build relationships with colleges, universities, TPOs, and placement teams and drive student enrollments.

Responsibilities:

- Connect with universities, colleges, TPOs, and placement teams.
- Organize workshops and career sessions.
- Generate and qualify student leads.
- Counsel prospects, follow up, and convert leads.
- Handle calling, meetings, and complete sales cycle.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

Requirements:

- Graduation mandatory.
- 1–5 years in Business Development/Sales/Education Sales.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- MTI Versant Score: 5 or 6 only

Salary Details

Freshers: ₹25,000 In-Hand

Experienced Candidates: ₹30,000 In-Hand
