Key Responsibilities

· Operate and monitor the milk chilling plant and associated refrigeration equipment.

· Ensure incoming raw milk is chilled to the required temperature as per company SOP and applicable dairy standards.

· Monitor milk temperature at milk reception, chilling, and storage stages.

· Operate and monitor chillers, compressors, cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, and refrigeration systems.

· Ensure continuous and efficient operation of the chilling system as per milk procurement and production requirements.

· Monitor chilled milk storage tanks and maintain the required temperature.

· Check refrigeration parameters such as temperature, pressure, discharge pressure, and equipment operating conditions.

· Take appropriate action in case of abnormal temperature, pressure, leakage, equipment failure,



or other operational problems.

· Coordinate with the Maintenance team for preventive maintenance and breakdown activities.

· Check for abnormal noise, vibration, leakage, pressure variation, and temperature fluctuations.

· Ensure proper start-up and shutdown of equipment according to SOP.

Required Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Electrical, Dairy Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a milk/dairy processing plant, milk chilling centre, bulk milk cooler (BMC), dairy plant, or food processing industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
