Key Responsibilities:

- Mixology and Service: Craft classic and signature cocktails accurately while maintaining high presentation standards.
- Leadership and Training: Direct daily shift operations, mentor junior staff, and model professional hospitality.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, handle supply requisitions, and maintain par stocks.
- Compliance and Safety: Enforce local liquor laws, verify legal drinking ages, and maintain cleanliness according to health regulations.
- Guest Relations: Engage with patrons, handle special requests or VIPs, and resolve complaints professionally.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of bartending experience, with prior leadership or supervisory background.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of spirits, wines, beer, mixology techniques, and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Skills: Solid communication, multitasking, and a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
