Position: Site Engineer

Location: Lucknow

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Key Result Areas:

1. Site Management

- Supervise daily site activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
- Implement site logistics and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections.

2. Quality Control

- Monitor construction quality standards.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections.
- Address non-compliance issues promptly.
- Ensure materials meet project specifications.
- Document quality control procedures.

3. Project Coordination

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment.
- Resolve on-site issues and challenges.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions as needed.

4. Technical Support

- Provide technical guidance to site teams.
- Interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Assist in troubleshooting construction issues.
- Verify accuracy of technical installations.
- Update project documentation and records.

5. Progress Tracking

- Monitor project timelines and milestones.
- Report on project progress and delays.
- Implement corrective actions for delays.
- Maintain project logs and reports.
- Support project completion and handover.

6. Safety Management

- Enforce safety protocols on site.
- Conduct safety training and drills.
- Investigate and report safety incidents.
- Ensure use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Promote a culture of safety awareness.

7. Resource Management

- Allocate resources efficiently.
- Manage site inventory and supplies.
- Optimize use of manpower and equipment.




- Plan for resource needs and shortages.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely deliveries.

8. Cost Control

- Monitor site expenses and budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prevent wastage of materials and resources.
- Report on budget variances.
- Implement cost control measures.

9. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate site records.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Document any changes to project scope.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Provide documentation for audits and reviews.

10. Stakeholder Communication

- Liaise with clients and consultants.
- Address client queries and concerns.
- Provide clear communication on site issues.
- Facilitate site visits for stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency in project communication.

Candidate Profile:

· Smart, Energetic, Responsible, good communication skills (both verbal & written)

· Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.

· Strong understanding of procedures, materials, and project management principles.

· Proficiency in using relevant software tools for project management and reporting.

· Experience in handling Developers, Contractors and Builders.

· Presentation skills with fluency in creating PPTS/PDFS and MS Office and MS Office.

· Experience in managing construction sites for large-scale projects.

· Knowledge of local regulations.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions on-site.

· Preferred Industry- Water Industry, Pipe manufacturers eg; Kimplas, Supreme, Astral, Prince

· Self-starter, team player and positive attitude

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
