Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Commerce, or any related industry
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or client relationship management in Fintech, Digital Payments, Banking, or SaaS.

Management & Upselling to Existing Onboarded Merchants

- Account Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing merchants to ensure high operational satisfaction and platform retention.
- Portfolio Health & Usage Boosting: Regularly call existing merchants to ensure device uptime, active transaction throughput, and address offers & payout queries.
- Cross-Selling & Value Addition: Offer additional financial solutions to the active merchant base, including virtual link, customized billing options.
- Competitive Intelligence & Feedback:



Track local market trends, gather feedback on existing feature usability, and monitor competitor offers to provide actionable insights back to product and strategy teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Monthly existing Merchant reactivation Target.
- Gross Transaction Value (GTV) / Active Merchant Volume across assigned portfolio.
- Cross-sell conversions and transactions
- Low merchant churn and prompt issue resolution turnaround time.

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive Fixed Salary + High-yielding performance-based incentives / commissions.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
