Collection executive cum sales Officer :-
- Collect EMI/loan payments from customers as per assigned targets.
- Follow up with customers regarding due and overdue payments.
- Conduct field visits for collection when required.
- Communicate with customers regarding repayment schedules, dues, and account-related queries.
- Maintain skilled relationships with existing customers.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
- Promote and sell loan/financial products offered by the company.
- Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets
