Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Associate Architect to handle architectural design, drawing preparation, project coordination, and execution while ensuring design quality and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, and sections.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, and site teams.
- Ensure drawings comply with building codes and project requirements.
- Review drawings and resolve design and site-related issues.
- Coordinate with clients and incorporate design feedback.
- Monitor project progress and support timely project delivery.

Required Qualifications:





- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant architectural software.
- Good knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and building regulations.
- Solid communication, coordination, and team management skills.
