Fair Pack Machineries Pvt Ltd, a Chennai-based manufacturer of packaging machines (VFFS, pre-made pouch and flow-wrap), is hiring an Inside Sales & CRM Executive.

Role: Be the central point for every sales inquiry that comes into the company. Own and maintain the CRM, qualify each incoming inquiry with the client (machine type, application, specifications, timeline and budget), and route it to the right regional sales manager. For regions with no assigned sales manager, carry the inquiry end to end, from quotation to order. Follow up on all pending quotations so none go cold, and keep the pipeline clean and current.

Requirements:

2 to 5 years in inside sales, sales coordination, lead management, pre-sales or CRM-based tele-sales (B2B or industrial preferred).



Confident talking to business clients on phone, email and WhatsApp. Organised and comfortable with a CRM and Excel. Fluent in English and Tamil; Telugu or Hindi a plus. Any graduate.

Compensation: salary as per experience, plus a performance incentive linked to quotations converted to orders. PF, ESI and leave as per company policy.
