Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team in Salem. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for travel and the ability to assist customers with domestic and international travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with domestic and international tour packages.
- Plan and customize travel itineraries based on customer requirements.
- Handle flight, train, bus and hotel booking enquiries.
- Provide guidance on tourist visas, passport services and travel documentation.
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Prepare travel quotations and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and other travel partners.





Candidate Requirements

- Valuable communication skills in Tamil , English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Office and internet skills.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Knowledge of travel destinations and booking procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry preferred.
