About Arbor Bloom Care Center

Arbor Bloom Care Center is a child development and therapy center supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, speech and language difficulties, communication challenges and related developmental needs.

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Speech & Language Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct speech and language therapy sessions for children.
- Assess speech, language, communication and related functional difficulties within qualified scope.
- Develop individualised speech and language therapy goals.
- Work on receptive and expressive language skills.
- Develop functional communication and social communication.
- Address articulation and speech sound difficulties where appropriate.
- Support vocabulary development, sentence formation and communication skills.
- Use appropriate play-based and child-friendly therapy techniques.
- Support alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) where professionally appropriate.
- Maintain accurate session notes and therapy records.
- Monitor and document children's progress.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate relevant updates to parents.




- Provide appropriate home-based communication activities to parents/caregivers.
- Coordinate with Behaviour Therapists, Occupational Therapists and other professionals.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions and professional development activities.

Eligibility / Qualification

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech & Hearing (BASLP/MASLP) from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates may apply.
- Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD or developmental delays will be an advantage.
- Speech & Language Therapist is highly recommended to have recognised equivalent Active RCI/CRR registration for full time vacancy.
