Profile: Project Manager

Experience:

- 6-12 years, with minimum 4 years in end-to-end IT Project Management
- Experience in Technology Consulting / IT Services
- Experience managing Digital, Data or Technology projects
- Project financials, forecasting and budget management
- Experience with PIM, MDM, Data or AI projects is desirable but not mandatory.

Roles:

- Manage IT projects end-to-end from project initiation and planning through execution, tracking, delivery and closure.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources and delivery plans.
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, business analysts, developers, QA, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies and changes and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct project governance meetings and provide regular status reports to management and clients.
- Manage Agile, Scrum, Kanban or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Handle scope, change requests, resource planning, timelines, quality and project risks.




- Monitor project budgets, costs, forecasts and resource utilization.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality and commercial parameters.
- Build robust relationships with customer stakeholders and understand their business objectives and priorities.
- Identify potential delivery issues proactively and manage escalations effectively.
- Lead cross-functional and distributed project teams and ensure accountability for deliverables.
- Support project estimation, planning, change control and commercial discussions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, governance and delivery practices.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or equivalent certification is preferred.
