About Startup Stairs
Startup Stairs is a startup incubator and accelerator focused on supporting startups through mentorship, innovation, and entrepreneurial development. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to create engaging visual content for our digital platforms and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Create engaging reels, shorts, promotional videos, and marketing content.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, background music, and sound effects to enhance video quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative content.
• Ensure videos align with the brand identity and content strategy of Startup Stairs.




• Manage multiple editing projects and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, formats, and social media content styles.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, colour correction, sound editing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating short-form video content and social media reels.
• Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• A portfolio or samples of previous video editing work are required.

Compensation
Salary Budget: Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
