Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities in the power and transformer sector,



build and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key industrial customers, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Daily responsibilities include visiting customer sites, understanding technical requirements for transformer radiators, preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM or reporting tools, providing feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities, and supporting after-sales follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.
