Role Description The D2C Growth Consultant will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to drive direct-to-consumer growth for Cosma Fertility’s products and services. This contract, remote role includes analyzing customer behavior and market data, optimizing funnels from awareness to conversion, and identifying new acquisition channels. The consultant will collaborate with marketing, product, and medical teams to develop and test campaigns, manage performance metrics,



and refine messaging for key customer segments. Day-to-day tasks also involve setting growth experiments, tracking outcomes, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
Qualifications

• Experience in D2C growth strategy, including customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and retention
• Proficiency with digital marketing channels such as paid social, search, email, and influencer or affiliate marketing
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to work with data tools, dashboards, and A/B testing frameworks
• Background in e-commerce growth, funnel design, and performance optimization
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams and communicating complex findings clearly and concisely
• Understanding of or interest in women’s health, fertility, or healthcare D2C products
• Proven experience in growth consulting, marketing, or pro
