Role Description
The Human Resources Manager for the mid-scale luxury hotel will oversee all HR operations, including
- recruitment
- onboarding
- performance management
- employee relations for hotel staff.
This full time, on-site role based in Rajkot involves developing and implementing HR policies that support service excellence, compliance with labor laws, and a positive workplace culture.
Day-to-day responsibilities include
- coordinating staffing plans
- managing payroll and benefits in collaboration with finance - conducting training and development initiatives
- addressing employee concerns in a fair and transparent manner.
The manager will work closely with hotel leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals, support talent retention, and ensure HR processes are consistently documented and optimized. The role also includes maintaining accurate HR records, preparing HR reports, and participating in audits and compliance reviews.
Pre-requisites
