Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and experienced Admission Counsellor to manage student admissions and guide parents and students about the school, IB curriculum, residential facilities, and overall learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and other channels.
• Counsel parents and students regarding the IB curriculum, school programmes, residential facilities, and admission process.
• Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Conduct campus visits and explain the school’s facilities and programmes.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups,



and admissions.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams throughout the admission process.
• Assist with admission events, orientations, and parent interactions.
• Ensure a smooth and professional experience for prospective families.

Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in school admissions, counselling, or a similar role.
• Experience in an IB, International, or Residential School will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Valuable parent-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and admission/CRM systems.
