We're looking for someone who loves editing videos and wants to get significantly better at it.
Most of the work will initially involve short-form social content—Reels, Shorts, ads, promotional videos, product content and brand videos.
We'll provide references and benchmarks for the kind of quality we're trying to achieve.
You don't have to already be at that level.
What matters is whether you can study something, understand how it works, learn and improve until you can produce it yourself.

What matters to usGood pacing.
Good storytelling.
Knowing when to cut.
Understanding hooks and retention.
Using music and sound properly.
Clean subtitles.
Good B-roll choices.
Basic colour correction.
And most importantly, being willing to learn.
We don't want effects added simply because the software has them.
