Cognisphere Global Ltd is looking for a creative individual who can design engaging social media graphics and edit compelling videos for our brand and clients.
ORIGINAL CREATIVE WORK REQUIRED
AI image/video generators and generative AI features must not be used to produce the content. We want to see your own design ability, editing skills and visual storytelling. Applicants must have access to their own legally licensed or free-to-use design and video-editing software.
Freshers with a solid portfolio and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
POSITION DETAILS
• Work arrangement: Full-time, work from home
• Office visits: Occasional visits to our office when required, with all related travel and stay expenses covered by the company
• Working days: Monday to Saturday
• Working hours: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. IST
• Monthly stipend/salary: ₹10,000–₹24,000, depending on skills and experience
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Design social media posts, carousels, promotional graphics and thumbnails.
• Create and edit short videos,
reels and promotional content.
• Turn content briefs into original visual concepts that follow brand guidelines.
• Use typography, colour, composition, transitions, subtitles and audio effectively.
• Adapt content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Incorporate feedback, meet deadlines and maintain organised, editable source files.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Practical skills in graphic design and video editing.
• A portfolio of work you have personally designed or edited. Academic and personal projects are welcome.
• Attention to detail, creativity and a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication and the ability to work independently from home.
• Your own suitable computer, reliable internet connection and software tools.
• Availability to visit the Bhiwadi office occasionally when needed.
