We are seeking a skilled Customer Communications Management (CCM) Senior Designer ,Chennai, Bangalore/Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune having 4+ yrs of experience.

• Strong experience in CCM (Customer Communications Management)
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing customer communication templates
• Experience working with dynamic content, data-driven communications, and document composition
• Ability to troubleshoot and enhance existing communication workflows and templates
• Good understanding of document composition and output generation

Key Responsibilities:




• Design and develop customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer.
• Build and automate communication workflows using Inspire Automation.
• Develop personalized and data-driven customer communications.
• Modify, enhance, and maintain existing templates and communication assets.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand communication requirements.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of CCM solutions.
• Ensure templates meet business, formatting, and communication standards.
