Healthcare Data Delivery Coordinator

Anatomic works with hospitals and clinicians to source and build healthcare datasets for AI research, including medical imaging, surgical video and clinical audio.

We are looking for someone who can turn a buyer's data requirements into a explicit collection plan, coordinate with healthcare partners, and ensure datasets are delivered accurately and on time.

What you will do
• Translate project requirements into collection checklists, timelines and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, radiology teams and internal technical teams to collect the required data.
• Track volumes, missing files, supporting reports, metadata and pending approvals.
• Coordinate de-identification, quality checks and secure transfers with the teams responsible.
• Check that each delivery meets the agreed specifications and flag gaps before handover.
• Keep buyers and partners updated, resolve delays and coordinate corrections.
• Maintain clear project trackers, delivery records and documentation.

Who we are looking for




• Ideally 2-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical research coordination, medical data
projects or diagnostic operations.
• Experience coordinating directly with hospitals, doctors or diagnostic centres.
• Strong follow-through, attention to detail and clear written communication.
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets and managing several projects at once.
• Able to understand technical requirements and work closely with data teams.
• Sound judgment when handling confidential patient information.

Especially relevant experience

Medical imaging workflows, DICOM files, PACS systems, clinical datasets, data annotation or delivery projects for healthcare AI companies.
