FITS Cargo is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team and support the continued growth of our air cargo business in Mumbai, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing and expanding existing customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and building robust relationships across the air cargo and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with FITS Cargo’s business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, freight forwarders, airlines, GSAs, CSAs, and other industry stakeholders.
• Manage and grow assigned key accounts and maintain a strong customer portfolio.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development through negotiation and closure.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and promote FITS Cargo’s products and services.
• Coordinate cargo bookings,



capacity requirements, and customer requests with relevant internal teams.
• Monitor shipments and proactively follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Manage customer accounts and follow up on payments and applicable payment protection requirements.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Maintain accurate rate sheets, commercial databases, and sales records.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required by the Line Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and performance standards.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, key account management, air cargo, freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry.
