Role Description The CRM Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationships through the company’s CRM systems, ensuring accurate data entry, updates, and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring customer interactions, tracking leads, supporting sales teams with timely information,



and coordinating follow-ups to enhance customer retention and experience. The role also involves analyzing customer data for trends, preparing performance dashboards, and sharing insights with management to improve engagement strategies.
